Iced Coffee with Vanilla Cream:
Ingredients:
1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
1 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Brew the coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip with a hand mixer until it thickens and forms soft peaks.
Pour the cooled coffee over the ice cubes.
Spoon the whipped cream on top of the coffee.
